The day the Viper Fell

"It's alright Randy, I'm here if you need me," Ted said. "I'll take care of you."

Randy nodded and whimpered, the nausea was getting worse "Gonna be sick Teddy...."

"Come on, I got you," Ted said, leading Randy toward a bathroom.

The Viper's knees buckled just as they reached the bathroom and Randy moaned in humiliation when he retched all over the floor. Once it all came out, the nausea passed and he lay on the floor starting to cry.

"Come on," Ted said softly, easing Randy to his feet. "Let's get you cleaned up."

Randy silently followed Ted to the showers, tears trailing down his face. He was completely miserable, how much worse could this evening get?

"It's alright baby," Ted murmured, "It's alright."

When the warm water started to flow, Randy leaned down onto Ted's shoulder and began to cry "Tonight wasn't supposed to go like this.." his voice was a soft murmur "It's not fair."

"I know Randy," Ted murmured. "I know."

Randy just lay there against Ted's shoulder, he didn't feel like making the effort to clean himself up, he was too tired, physically and mentally.

"Just relax baby, I'll get you cleaned up," Ted said.

Randy nodded meekly, not complaining when Ted sat on a bench and pulled him into his lap, gently beginning to clean the filth away.

"How's that feel baby?" Ted asked, gently and slowly cleaning Randy up before he moved his hands to the older man's shoulders and began to massage them.

"Feels good" Randy whispered, finally feeling better as the throbbing in his head began to decrease "You're too good to me Teddy."

"No baby no," Ted said. "You derseve this, all this and more."

"Mmmm...." Randy moaned in contentment, stretching out in Ted's lap "I love you Teddy...." he pulled the blonde's head down and gave him a light kiss "I'll always love you."

"I love you too Randy," Ted murmured.

Randy smiled and moved his head back to Ted's chest, the hot water was making him drowsy, but he didn't really care, he felt happy.

"Getting sleepy baby?" Ted asked, a slight chuckle in his voice.

"Yeah..." Randy yawned "I could stay here forever..."

"Come on, let's get you dressed and back to the hotel," Ted murmured.

"Okay..." Randy whispered, snuggling deep into Ted's arms when he went to pick him up again "I could get used to you carrying me like this."

"Don't get to used to it now," Ted chuckled. "It's not easy."

Randy laughed for the first time that night "I think I can stand now anyways, c'mon let me down."

"No," Ted said. "I said it wasn't easy, that doesn't mean I don't want to do it."
